Some Issues Noted
temperature inconsistency
The hot tub's temperature was inconsistent. Some moments, it was nice, other times too cold. This affected my relaxation time significantly. I hope they address these soon.

The room had good light. The bed was super and the pillows were soft. Breakfast included many options and the service was super clean. The gym and spa were great, even though one sauna was under maintenance.
I was a little upset by the service. The staff did not seem to hear requests. The room included only one bottle of water. I learned on the fourth day that additional bottles cost eight dollars each.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked the availability of free electric vehicle chargers in the garage. The spa facilities provided a nice opportunity to unwind after a busy day (I used the sauna).
The bar charged me for loose tea when I ordered tea bags.

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection.
i found the bar service quite slow, even when few people were there. the chamomile tea was overpriced at 35 pln. i also wasn't given the radisson member discount at the bar, and the manager didn't rectify it.
